Curious by nature and commercially minded, he combines a passion for brands and consumers with a sharp focus on delivering tangible business impact. His commercial acumen is matched by a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients unlock their potential.
Outside the office, he is an avid reader, road cyclist, and gym ‘spinner’. He enjoys outdoor time with his two Labradors, Louis and Rufus, and lives in rural Oxfordshire with his wife, Caroline. He’s a proud father of two adult children—one working in education, the other specialising in social listening and insight.
Gillian Slowly
Naturally curious and empathetic, she thrives on understanding what makes people tick and simplifying complex findings into clear, practical recommendations. Whether collaborating with stakeholders or shaping strategy, she brings sharp commercial thinking and energetic enthusiasm to every project.
Outside work, she enjoys recharging in the outdoors—running, open water swimming (in summer!), and walking her two Cavapoos through the Cotswold countryside. She’s married to Andrew and is navigating the bittersweet journey of an emptying nest, with one child recently flown and another at university.

With over 23 years’ experience spanning Toys, FMCG, Beauty and Spirits, Michelle is a commercially driven retail, category and insights leader with deep expertise in Category Management, Shopper Strategy and Global Retail Excellence.
Her career spans both global brand organisations and consultancy, giving her an end-to-end perspective on both strategic vision and frontline execution. Michelle is known for embedding shopper-first thinking into commercial transformation. She brings clarity to complexity—turning data, trends and category insight into compelling sell-in stories and actionable growth plans.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, running to reset and recharge and unwinding through baking and arts & crafts.
Senthil Murugesan
Associate Consultant - Data Scientist
Senthil is an insights and analytics professional with more than two decades of experience spanning market research, technology and data science.
He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and specialises in customer segmentation, tracking and advanced analytics. His ‘superpower’ is helping brands uncover meaningful insights from complex data and translate them into clear strategic direction.
When he’s not working with data, Senthil enjoys staying active: whether on a sports field, in the pool or chasing his next fun challenge.
